Scope of Work:
• Initial consultation and triage to confirm symptoms, risk, and priorities.
• For each device: secure backup (if requested), full factory reset, OS updates, and security hardening.
• Deployment and configuration of endpoint protection (e.g., ESET).
• Post-remediation validation: integrity checks, threat scan, and basic usability test.
• Handover and brief on safenuse practices; optional written summary.
Assumptions
• You provide device passcodes/credentials and confirm any required backups.
• Devices are not irreparably damaged or jailbroken/rooted; complex forensics not included.
• WiFi and basic internet access are available during setup; licensing is charged at cost.
Deliverables
• Cleansed, updated, and secured devices returned to a safe baseline.
• Endpoint protection installed and activated (per device).
